No. All guides, handbooks, checklists, diagrams, and bundles are digital download files. Nothing is shipped. The custom room assessment is an educational digital service, not a physical product.
Checkout and delivery are handled by Gumroad or SendOwl. After payment, the platform displays a download link and sends a receipt with access instructions to the email address you used at checkout. Check your spam folder before contacting support.
Because digital files are available immediately, purchases are generally final once downloaded, except where required by applicable law or when a file is defective or a duplicate purchase was made. Please review the refund terms shown on the external checkout page before paying and contact us if you have a technical issue.
Not in the way we teach it. Known Feng Shui presents traditional Chinese feng shui as a cultural philosophy for observing space, movement, purpose, and home-living patterns. We do not tell fortunes, predict fate, provide spiritual healing, or guarantee outcomes.
We offer a limited custom room assessment focused on layout, circulation, function, visual balance, and comfort. It is an educational, non-spiritual service and is not architectural, medical, psychological, legal, or safety advice. Availability and scope are described on the external booking page.
